Crappie Syndicate Jig Co. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped from Pennsylvania.

We aim to process in-stock orders within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Standard orders are generally shipped using USPS or another available carrier. Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

Crappie Syndicate Jig Co. is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. However, if your package is lost, damaged, or has an unusual delivery issue, contact us and we will work with you to help resolve the situation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address or returned package may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Federal rules require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for their advertised shipping timeframe; if no timeframe is stated, the general rule is shipment within 30 days. Delays can also trigger notice, consent, cancellation and refund requirements, so your 1–3 business day statement should only be used if that’s a timeframe you can normally meet.
