We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order.

Returns: Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Used Products: Because fishing jigs are consumable tackle that can be damaged or lost during normal use, products that have been used or fished are not eligible for return solely because of normal wear, hook damage, snagging, loss, or similar use.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after issuance can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
